The Allentown Brew Works is much like its Bethlehem sister — but super-sized. The four-floor brew pub — which includes the basement Silk Lounge and top-floor, private-event banquet room — seats 400 people. High, high ceilings showcase open duct work and accommodate the occasional piece of well-placed, large-scale contemporary art. Exposed brick, shiny golden wooden floors and trendy lighting add character and style. The food, which includes several beer-infused dishes, is solid and the brews hit the spot.
