The Deer Head Inn bills itself as the home of jazz in the Poconos. For 50 years, musicians have filled the storied Delaware Water Gap Main Street inn with life and music. You can rent a room at the B&B but you don’t have to. The inn also has a solid menu of American-type fare. The bacon-wrapped scallops are divine.
