If you have lived in or have been acquainted with the east side of Allentown at all in the past few decades, then you know Stahley’s. The Cellarette is not really too far underground, but it is dark and lends itself to an intimate cellar-like atmosphere … it’s the bar you would find in your best friend’s basement.
