Charles Petz took over this corner bar from his uncle in 1968 and has carried on the tradition of great bar food ever since. There are no specials among the cheesesteaks, pizzas and burgers on the menu, however. “They’re all special,” he says. Most customers hail from the Whitehall Township neighborhood, making it a place where “everybody knows your name.”
