It’s not unusual for The City Diner’s regular clientele to eat at the Palmer Township restaurant five or six times a week. One of the oldest diners in the Easton area, The City opened in the late 1950s before Nick Giacoumopoulos took over in 1980. With a chef who has been there for a quarter-century, The City is not only a popular breakfast spot, but a lunch and dinner stop. Specialties include old-fashioned chicken pot pie and goulash as well as pasta and sauteed ham, veal and fish dishes.
