Management will tell you flat out, Foo Joy in Allentown has the finest Chinese food in the area. They use strictly vegetable oil and flank steak beef in their dishes, no preservatives at all. They add bullion, ginger, garlic and wine to enhance flavor. Try Foo Joy’s General Tso’s chicken, the Hunan special or dragon and phoenix and see for yourself. It isn’t bragging if you can back it up.
