Chocolate Lab
4.0
Arlene Brockel’s shop is a both a Weight Watcher’s worst nightmare and dream come true: dark-chocolate covered Oreos, graham crackers stacked with marshmallows, jumbo pecan turtles, toasted coconut cups and champagne truffles. The downtown Bethlehem chocolaterie is filled with handmade treats that could make even the staunchest of health-nuts cave. Brockel, the cheerful owner, will be sure to help you pick you poison, if you feel overwhelmed. She also serves coffee and, naturally, hot chocolate.
