Family owned and operated since 1963, Emmaus Bakery has become a staple in the Lehigh Valley. Owner Rick “The Cakeman” Zayaitz, continues to use recipes passed down from his grandmother for nearly all of his baked goods, which include cakes, pies and breads. You've gotta try one of the gigantic doughnuts.
