Food, sure. But Cherubina, nestled in a Victorian rowhouse, is all about the ambiance: the silver candelabra, the single rose floating in a wine glass, the antique floral plates. Chef and owner Harry Cregar III says the food is Italian with a French flair. People keep coming back for the spinach gnocchi from the appetizer menu, a ricotta pasta with spinach in a tomato cream sauce. To die for.
