Located in an alley next to the Crayola factory, The Purple Cow Creamery in downtown Easton, painted in pastel colors, is cheery. Its ice cream is made on the premises. There are some four dozen flavors — some traditional, many gourmet. The menu also includes sorbet, Italian ices, milkshakes, pretzels and other treats.

Ice Cream Parlor.
Atmosphere: Urban and happy. Crammed menu boards. Smiling servers. Friendly ice cream shop conducive to carry-out. A few splatter-painted metal tables outside and ice-cream parlor tables inside accommodate lingerers. Convenient parking across the street in municipal parking deck.
