Formerly of Parsippany, N.J., the owners of Spice India have dabbled in the restaurant business before. Upon moving to the Lehigh Valley, they opened up a larger Indian eatery with a more extensive menu. Offering vegetarian options as well as chicken, lamb and seafood entrees, Spice India has all the traditional Indian staples. They specialize in an array of goat entrees, so try the Goat Kaagwala with fresh spinach and coriander or some classic Goat Curry.
