The Lantern is a cozy eatery featuring a hodge podge of world cuisines. They have tacos. They have hamburgers. They have pasta. But to order all that would do a disservice to owner Margie Galus, whose favorite menu items hail from her native country, Slovakia including chicken paprikash, stuffed cabbage and goulash. There’s a full bar — smoking still permitted — and two banquet rooms downstairs where The Lantern hosts weddings, birthday parties and the like.
