With its roster of inventive sushi rolls and extensive martini list, Sogo has quickly jumped to the top of the Lehigh Valley “girls night out/date night” hot list. The 2005 roll is “ohmygodIneedtohaveit” good and for the token raw-fish-phobe, there’s plenty of tempura and teriyaki chicken. The pink spangly décor, with straw-like accents, may feel more like a teenage girl's room than a Japanese restaurant, but you gotta give them an “A” for effort. Oh, and check out the bathroom. Trust us. That’s all we’re going to say about that. (Wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise.)
