This trendy bar and restaurant in downtown Bethlehem is definitely not for the fashion timid. It’s business suits and high heels all the way with this crowd. A great place for a nice dinner date or an after-work cocktail. The mood-setting decor is what one would expect from a place called Edge, with crisp, clean lines and subtle color combos. Don’t forget the Gold Card.
