This trendy bar and restaurant in downtown Bethlehem is definitely not for the fashion timid. It’s business suits and high heels all the way with this crowd. A great place for a nice dinner date or an after-work cocktail. The mood-setting decor is what one would expect from a place called Edge, with crisp, clean lines and subtle color combos. I think a little more competition in this restaurant class would force Edge to be a little more hospitable. I agree with one of the other reviewer...

I go to the edge about once a month. Usually to visit the bar, and maybe get a small bite. Dinner is good,not great, expensive, but not fulfilling...
