Stiltskins has all the charm of a fairy tale, with none of the creepiness of namesake "Rumplestiltskin." The ultra-comfortable setting offers the perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Easton...well, if Easton were hustley and bustley.
The small shop is trendy but not in a sleek and cold way. It has that faux cottage feel that you might find in the Pottery Barn catalogue. From the wooden tables in the front window to the small fireplace and cozy chairs in the back, this place screams "sit back and relax for a few."
The tables in front are a great place to people watch - both weirdos along the Easton sidewalk and friendly regulars passing through for their to-go orders are in abundance on any day of the week. There is a "three seasonal" patio out back if you're looking for a place where you won't be watched yourself.
Beyond the usual brews, Stiltskins also features teas, a case of baked goodies, coffee pots and other accessories, gift baskets and, of course, some coffee by the bag to perk up at home. They've also started serving from a small menu of breakfast and lunch items, too.
