Tucked away off of Broadway in Southside Bethlehem is small green sign and doorway - the Thai Kitchen.
Thai Kitchen is a small, cozy restaurant with a homey atmosphere and a wonderful lingering aroma of curry and other exotic spices. The menu features a decent variety and selection of Thai favorites and some less intimidating fare for newbies to this cuisine. There are vegetarian items and the standard chicken, beef and seafood selections, along with the usual Thai favorites.
The restaurant is BYO - a nice date restaurant with friendly, soft-spoken and very non-intrusive staff. You can take your time and relax for a while, there is no pressure to get up and outta there.
Parking is the only issue. There are only a few metered street spaces out front, otherwise, you have to walk a bit or find an accommodating parking lot from which you will not get towed for not being a customer at that particular store.

"Worth the wait...?"

I love the food there, however, the last few times it was a very long wait for lunch. Make sure you have time to spare.
