Yet another entry to Saucon Valley’s Promenade Shops, White Orchids is a modern Thai restaurant that’s pricey but not quite expensive. This BYOB is a nice addition to the Lehigh Valley’s growing Thai scene. The decor here is warm and very subdued, but tastefully so. It’s great for those looking for a tofu fix.
