Only one server for the dining room and as it seem only one person in the kitchen. Our food took forever and when we complained we were given a free round of drinks. In the end we were charged for 3 rounds of drinks when it should have only been one. If this weren't bad enough the food was not worth waiting for.

I tried Asia for the first time last night and loved it! It is a very intimate setting and the staff treat you like family, although some of the waitstaff was a little timid and shy. There was a lot of dishes to choose from and it was hard to make a decision! In addition to their regular menu, they have specials and an authentic Chinese menu, but you have to ask the staff for that menu. For an appetizer, we had the Pouches which were little pastry pouches filled with a chicken mixture and then deep fried and served with a spicy red sauce. If I could have taken bottles of the sauce home, I would have! For dinner, I had Jane's Birthday Dinner which is strips of fried pork with mushrooms, snow peas, water chestnuts, and a Hoesin sauce. Delicious! The pork was crispy, light, and tender and the sauce complemented the dish without being too heavy. My friend had the Chicken and Broccoli Rabe and said that it was good, although she was hoping for a stronger garlic flavor. She said that the Broccoli Rabe was sweeter and not bitter like it usually is at other places. For dessert, we had the ice cream which was vanilla with brown sugar, cinnamon, and chinese noodles mixed in with it and served over rice puff cakes. Divine! It had the perfect sweetness and slight crunch and chewiness. Overall, it was a wonderfully satisfying experience and I will definitely be back!

Where do I start about an experience so horrible. Never, ever again will I visit this place. Dinner for 4. Asked to split the bill 2 ways. Waiter (if you can call him that, he made us wait more than he waited on us) split the bill and over charged us. When we pointed out his mistake, he got angry. Got new checks and low and behold, both of us were billed T WICE for our meals. When we called to complain, I spoke to the "manager" George. Rudest person I've ever dealt with. Insisted we were not double billed, even though my bank confirmed we were. When I presented him with my bank statement, he called me a LIAR and said I was making it up to get the restaurant to pay for our meals!!!! Wrote a letter of complaint to the owners, never heard back. I have no idea how this place wins awards. I guess the majority of their customers don't mind being treated rudely. Food was decent... portions tiny for the price. Waited a VERY long time for food to come out. Two of our party ordered the same special off the "specials" menu. Mind you, we went early in the evening. Had only one of the specials left. Should have taken it off the paper Xeroxed menus... just cross it off with a marker or something. Used to be a great place, has gone down hill significantly. PLEASE, don't waste your money or time. Other than the very expensive martinis, this place is a loser big time.

Dropped in the other day for a late lunch. The Chef certainly can cook. Everything I had was excellent, expertly seasoned and layered with sweet vs salty, and wonderful textures. The pine nuts in the Ostrich burger should have been toasted prior to entering the mix, but the Moroccan seasonings together with the apricot were excellent. The menu however is extremely limited. A trip to the Half Moon in Kennett Square should be on her itinerary if she plans to make a name selling unusual game fare. Service was prompt and pleasant. The waitress was great, but the Chef/Owner showed no personality, no conversation, no "hello", "goodbye", or "thank you". She looked like a wet cat in her own kitchen. My lunch, a house salad, a burger, chips, and ice-water came to $19 with tax/tip. Very glad I tried it once, but I don't think the 4 Aces will be in my memory for very long.

I went to Pistachios for food on a Friday night and was entirely disappointed. I was seated and was greeted by a friendly waitress, I asked for water and was given a little tiny glass. I ordered an entree which cost me around 17 dollars and then sat and sat and sat. In total I waited about an hour, which is not horrible but if I wait and hour I expect a good meal. The food was below sub par, undercooked noodles and overcooked shrimp. I was embarrassed to have taken my friends there. I spent over 100 dollars and feel foolish for doing so. Never again and I urge anyone to rethink there choice in "fine" dining.

We tried this new restaurant based on the recent review in the Morning Call, which indicated that dinner for 2 was approx. $60. I think that reviewer really had lunch, rather than dinner, because our meal was prix fixe $35 per person -- no burgers, no skewers -- so our total bill including tip was approx. $92. That's high when we were expecting to pay for burgers. We probably should have just left without eating and gone to Wert's, but we stayed because there was only 1 other couple there and we didn't want to make a scene. The food was pretty good, except my husband's NY strip was served medium, rather than his specified medium-rare. The rice that accompanied my rack of lamb was not hot. Interestingly, I was offered either a half rack or a full rack for that same prix fixe $35. The waitress was very pleasant, but the service was slow. I don't see how they could handle a full house without making people wait forever. The decor was sort of southwest, but a bit spare. The chairs, while comfortable, looked cheap for a dinner place, and there should have been cloth napkins for this price. They should have removed the used utensils with each course and provided clean ones with the next course. And for this price, I don't like a bottle of soda on my table. That's OK for a lunch place, but not dinner. However, as I said, the food was really good, although it was a disappointment, because we wanted burgers. Perhaps the Morning Call should review this place again and make it clear that the lunch menu is different from the dinner menu. It is a good value because you get a lot for $35 but we really didn't want that much food!

had a wonderful meal on Friday night - started with the salmon cakes which were excellent - the black bean burger was very good - risotto du jour was also excellent - the french fries were fresh - everything was tasty including the iced tea - I can't wait to go back!

Try the Fairview House in Whitehall for one of the best cheese steaks you will find. The bar pizza is also one of the best around.

Went there over the weekend and ordered burgers off the lunch menu. Had the burger trio which let my try 3 different burgers that were all tasty. Homemade potato chips were good, but the fresh cut fries were slammin! Would definately recommend this place to anyone. Staff was great, vibe was real laid back and welcoming!

I dine at Nueva lanterna @ least once a week. actually I'm glad they are still a hidden jewel in the Lehigh valley. I love the intimacy even when I bring friends or family. Everyone that i have brought enjoys the food and the atmosphere immensely. Our waittress was wonderful and they have always accomadated us even @ the last minute. I think Tony P is being very unfair in his review.Mistakes have happened time and time again especially in the shipping and production plants. Thank god you didn,t get any of that meat from weiss or any tainted pet food.

One of my favorite restaurants. The best Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been to. Mr. and Mrs. Shindo are the best owners and treat everybody like family. I bring all my friends and family here. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Where do I start: The best LobsterTail ever, and they never disappoint w/ the oysters. (they usually have them) The best thing ... you may want a Strip Steak (to die for) and your partner may want a Hamburger. both grilled to perfection. I like the place what can I say!

The sushi is delicious! The space is a bit small, but that just adds to the cozy atmosphere. Plus, the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and willing to share stores. Try it out and you'll love it!

My wife and I have eaten in dozens of Japanese restaurants in Philly, the Lehigh Valley, and NJ, and Robata continues to be our favorite. They have some of the best sushi offered and by far the most traditional Japanese items on their menu. The soba noodles and sukiyaki are highly recommended! Very warm atmosphere and friendly service.

My only complaint about the Ritz is they don't take credit cards. They have an ATM by the register, which is connected to the register, and you can make a withdrawal, for which you are charged a fee, so be sure to bring enough cash with you.
